Professional Pilot and Technician Training Programs
Saab aircraft operators from around the globe send their pilots and maintenance technicians to train at FlightSafety. Saab 340A/B pilot training is available at our Learning Center in Houston, Texas and maintenance technician training is located in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Program Highlights

• All Saab training courses are FAA approved.
• We engineered and manufactured the advanced full flight simulators used in our Saab training programs.
• We offer maintenance technician training for Saab aircraft at our St. Louis Learning Center.
• FlightSafety is able to administer FAA Airline Transport Certificate (ATP) Checks during the pilot initial and prior experience training courses. To qualify, pilots must meet the appropriate requirements of 14 CFR Part 61.159.
• We offer a prior experience course that is designed for pilots who are currently flying the aircraft and who are seeking an FAA type rating, or an ATP with a type rating. These pilots must have completed an FAA-approved initial course prior to enrollment.
