FlightSafety Courses Approved for VA Benefits* Maximize your Veterans Affairs benefits at FlightSafety. Apply first to the VA for your Certificate of Eligibility to see which programs are available. Veterans utilizing Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33) are only required to prepay the difference between the maximum yearly benefit and the total course cost, meaning they have very few expenses to receive world-class training.
Training Assistance Veterans, National Guard members, reservists and active duty military all may qualify for substantial assistance for FlightSafety professional pilot training. FlightSafety has a wide range of courses approved for veterans training under many of the various VA benefit programs. Courses include type-specific initial and recurrent training as well as non-aircraft-specific training such as instrument ratings, multi-engine certification, airline transport and flight instructor.
