Master Technician – Management

Earn Your Master Technician – Management Certificate

Our progressive curriculum follows a five-step process ensuring that you receive instruction on all the skills necessary to become a Master Technician with a Management focus. Management training provides you with the skills you need to interact effectively with customers, managers and co-workers, preparing you for additional responsibilities or a management position. Some course offerings are in conjunction with Global Jet Services, Service Elements and University of Southern California (USC).

To earn your Master Technician – Management certificate, complete five courses, which include mandatory core courses and electives.

Mandatory Courses

All candidates for Master Technician – Management must complete the following:

  • Aircraft-Specific Initial, Familiarization or Update Course
  • Aviation Interpersonal Management* or Leadership Elements for Flight Department Professionals†
